Where are the financial statements for 2016, 2017 and 2018?
I have asked Strandvik HoA Treasurer Tim Brown for the financial statements via email twice but did not get a response? Why? Members are entitled to examine the income, expense and condition of the HoA's financials/financial condition. More attorney fees as it will have to be requested through attorneys.
