Where are the financial statements for 2016, 2017 and 2018?

I have asked Strandvik HoA Treasurer Tim Brown for the financial statements via email twice but did not get a response?  Why?

Members are entitled to examine the income, expense and condition of the HoA's financials/financial condition.

More attorney fees as it will have to be requested through attorneys.

I received this email from Tim Brown that provided a single number as the financial details for the Strandvik HOA. I reminded Mr. Brown that the Washington State RCW Chapter 64.38 that apply to Homeowner's Association requires available details to be available to members to determine the true financial status of the association. And the 2017 and 2018 income and expense statements showed up. Notice over $31,000 spent on legal fees in 2 years.  How much of that is because Darin and Lisa Chestnut are suing Strandvik HoA? How does Karl Lindor get away with calling an illegal special meeting for Aug 24, 2016

A few folks involved in this litigation are confused about the illegal meeting that Karl called.  The meeting was held on Aug24, 2016.  But Chestnut and Strandvik counsel seems confused and says proper membership notice was given for the Aug 8, 2017 Annual Meeting.  YES, proper notice was given for the Aug 8 2017 ANNUAL MEETING.  No guys, I am referring to a "special meeting" on page 000114 where Karl wrote: I propose we have a "special meeting" on Tuesday 8/16 7:00PM at my home."  Due to business travel by JulieR and start of SAMBICA camp, the emails show the "special meeting" was moved to Wednesday 8/24/16. In Karl's email dated Aug5 1040pm appended below, he asks Sally to forward the email to those board members not copied on it.  That means the required number of board members DID NOT vote to call this SPECIAL MEETING; and Karl called it himself in violation of Strandvik Bylaws.
