I received this email from Tim Brown that provided a single number as the financial details for the Strandvik HOA.
I reminded Mr. Brown that the Washington State RCW Chapter 64.38 that apply to Homeowner's Association requires available details to be available to members to determine the true financial status of the association.
And the 2017 and 2018 income and expense statements showed up.
Notice over $31,000 spent on legal fees in 2 years. How much of that is because Darin and Lisa Chestnut are suing Strandvik HoA?
