Chestnut states 9 Strandvik neighbors use my driveway to access the lake

On page 4 of Chestnut's Mediation Brief, he wrote that Jeff and Dee, Matt and Cindy, Collin and Julie, Matt and Julie and Eric Lindor state they have all used the "easement" (aka my Driveway) to access the water front.

Here is Chestnut's statement.  You will see how a few of the neighbors answered in the emails appended below.  And I asked Karl Lindor if his son walks the quarter mile from his house to use my driveway to access the lakefront.  Karl looked at me like I was crazy.  Karl's body language tells me Eric doesn't walk down to my house to access the lake using my driveway.

How does Karl Lindor get away with calling an illegal special meeting for Aug 24, 2016

A few folks involved in this litigation are confused about the illegal meeting that Karl called.  The meeting was held on Aug24, 2016.  But Chestnut and Strandvik counsel seems confused and says proper membership notice was given for the Aug 8, 2017 Annual Meeting.  YES, proper notice was given for the Aug 8 2017 ANNUAL MEETING.  No guys, I am referring to a "special meeting" on page 000114 where Karl wrote: I propose we have a "special meeting" on Tuesday 8/16 7:00PM at my home."  Due to business travel by JulieR and start of SAMBICA camp, the emails show the "special meeting" was moved to Wednesday 8/24/16. In Karl's email dated Aug5 1040pm appended below, he asks Sally to forward the email to those board members not copied on it.  That means the required number of board members DID NOT vote to call this SPECIAL MEETING; and Karl called it himself in violation of Strandvik Bylaws.
