Four (4) different accommodations made to Chestnut

I first wrote to Karl Lindor in the summer of 2015 requesting termination of an easement that no one seems to know where it is located.  Also, no member of Strandvik Inc HOA has even heard of this easement until I brought it up to Karl Lindor.  His first reply back to me included the comments of long-time and past Strandvik president Marc Bothel.  See emails appended below for history.

For about 9 months, Karl sent me these emails showing support for termination of the unknown easement.  Karl, why did you mis-lead me with your emails?  In business, isn't your word your bond?

For about 9 months, Karl led me to believe through his emails that he supported the termination and it would be granted.  All changed when the May31 2016 Annual Meeting took place, I was informed by Karl after the meeting that my neighbor Chestnut needed to walk down my driveway.  So what does this have to do with the easement that no one knows where it is?

Regardless, I called Darin Chestnut on June 1st to understand what he wanted and on June 3rd, I sent him this "Neighborly Accommodation."  No response was received for 6 weeks and then it was rejected.  In September he hired an attorney to threaten me with prescriptive easement.  In the same letter, it was revealed that Chestnut carries Class 3 flammable gasoline down my driveway.  Now I am glad he rejected my Neighborly Accommodation.  I don't need dangerous flammable down my driveway and if there is a spill so close to the lake, I would be in trouble.

Did Darin Chestnut ever consider using Jeff and Dee's lot to carry gasoline down to his own backyard?  Why mine?

Karl, as the leader, and some HOA members decided to use the 1926 easement as leverage to force me to allow Chestnut to use my driveway.  Why not get Julie or Dee to let Chestnut use their property?  Am I being singled out because I am different?

Building plans for 17828 SE 40th Place are available online and it shows clearly there is a sideyard and a path designed to reach Chestnut's own backyard or lakefront without walking down my driveway.  Spoke with the architect who made the plans too.  So I made another accommodation and that was rejected; and so were 2 others in 2018.  A total of 4 to show and to help Darin Chesnut how to get from his garage or SE 40th Place to his lakefront backyard by using his own sideyard pathway.  There is also a pathway on the east side of his garage that leads to his backyard shown in the last photo below.

What about the walkway on the east side of your garage Darin?  Don't want to carry gasoline here either?
